Founder & Executive Director
Jayln R. Williams-Mercer
As the appointed Chair of the Town of Zebulon Board of Sustainability, retired military veteran, and a graduate student at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, Jayln is passionate about sustainability, public health, and community-driven change. With a commitment to reducing waste and promoting sustainable food options, he founded Urbivor to create impactful initiatives that empower communities in Wake County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Through innovation and collaboration, he strives to bridge the gap between environmental responsibility and public well-being, ensuring a healthier future for all North Carolinians.
