At Urbivor, we have developed various initiatives to achieve our mission. Our programs include food rescue from local establishments, community food distribution, educational outreach on responsible consumption, and advocacy for policies that support sustainable food systems in Wake County, NC.

Community Gardens

Recovering surplus food from our neighbors and local food businesses, to disperse to food insecure families.

Providing pantry food box deliveries to the front door of rural or non-transportation residents in Wake County.

Building local food hubs and introducing food nutrition education through small gardens initiatives, while delivering fresh produce to community food deserts.
